PHASE 1 INTERIOR DEMOLITION COMPLETED, CONSTRUCTION TO BEGIN
We are happy to report that interior demolition and asbestos abatement of LUMBERYARD’s main building are underway and interior construction is scheduled to begin in November 2017.
This marks significant progress in PHASE I of building our performing arts campus.
The main LUMBERYARD building on Water Street will house our state-of-the-art 5,000 square-foot flexible theater space, artist residences, dressing rooms and practice spaces.
We are thrilled to move one step closer to building the LUMBERYARD campus, supporting economic and cultural growth in the Catskill area in addition to offering a higher level of support for artists and audiences alike.
