Kimball Stroud is the CEO of Kimball Stroud & Associates, and began her political career at the 1992 Inaugural Committee for President William Jefferson Clinton as Special Events Manager. After the inaugural she worked as Southern Finance Director for the Democratic National Committee and then as the Director of National Fundraising for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. Kimball Stroud & Associates has worked for many high- profile elected officials including Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Congressman Harold Ford, Jr., and event manager for several non-profit organizations including The Edward M. Kennedy Center for the Study of the United States Senate, The Faith & Politics Institute, The Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights, The Roosevelt Institute, The LBJ Foundation, Newman’s Own Foundation, and The Creative Coalition. Ms Stroud also co-founded IMPACT Arts + Film Fund, which presents socially and politically themed documentary and narrative films and produces “The First Amendment Party” with Funny or Die during the White House Correspondents weekend.
Ms. Mailloux is a freelance marketing professional based in Chevy Chase, MD. Previously, she was the UrbanSitter.com Community Manager, in the Strategic Marketing team for Animal Planet at Discovery Communications, and an Account Manager at BBDO in New York City.
Dr. Christine Wheeler is a psychotherapist and clinical practitioner, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the psychoneuroendocrine systems as well as a licensed Marriage and Family Psychotherapist in the State of New York. In addition to her private practice of individual, couple, family and group psychotherapy, Dr. Wheeler researches, writes, lectures, consults, and provides expert witness testimony in psychiatric evaluation for cases heard before Supreme Court of the State of New York. Dr. Wheeler holds a Ph.D. from New York University. In 2009, she was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by The World Professional Association of Health for longstanding research and clinical work. Dr. Wheeler’s charitable work includes serving as the Chairperson for the Grapes for Humanity Global Foundation (since 2003) and as a Member of the Board of Directors for The Little Orchestra Society/Orpheon, Ind. (since 1974).
Louise Kennedy is Vice President and Associate General Counsel for OPTrust. Louise joined OPTrust after working for a Bay Street law firm for 13 years, where she was an equity partner in the firm’s Banking group. Since joining OPTrust Louise has managed the investment team of lawyers and now manages the legal operations team. In her role at OPTrust Louise spends her time working with, and supporting the entire legal team, assisting with transactions for the Toronto and London deal teams, working on organizational strategic projects and assisting with policy and committee work for the organization.
Chris has had a career both on and off-Broadway and has performed as an actor with many top regional theater companies in both the United States and Canada while also working in film and television. In 2016 Chris was Artistic Director for the critically acclaimed European Premiere production of Oh Hell No! at the Alfo Puccini Theater in Milan, Italy and has directed legendary LGBTQ and Civil Rights Activist, David Mixner, in three World Premiere productions at the Florence Gould Theater in NYC.
Chris recently finished directing his documentary feature film, A Secret Love, based on a member of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League made famous by the Hollywood movie, A League of Their Own, that will premiere as a Ryan Murphy Presents/Netflix Original and is a recipient of the Jerome Foundation Emerging Artists Award for directing. Mr. Bolan is also a Founding Partner of Sweet T Productions with producing credits including the Broadway production of The Sound Inside starring Mary-Louise Parker and Directed by David Cromer, as well as the Broadway National Touring Production of Jitney Directed by Ruben Santiago-Hudson. Chris is a member of the award-winning New York based Wheelhouse Theater Company and is part of the adjunct faculty in the theater department at Western Connecticut State University. Mr. Bolan holds his MFA in acting from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Ms. Willis is the Artistic & Executive Director and brings strategic leadership in the arts field along with strong marketing, process improvement and communications experience. She has over 15 years of professional experience in producing and directing theatre in New York City and Washington DC/Maryland. Prior to assuming the Directorship of Lumberyard, Ms. Willis was the Founder and CEO of Willis Strategies and Directors of Strategy and Communications at Veterans for America / Vietnam Veterans for America Foundation.
